The resource is primarily an OIC expert and has little knowledge on BIP and PL SQL. Suresma, who we're looking to replace, has 6 years of experience and is proficient in OIC, BIP, PL SQL and also is engaged in team leading activities. So, we would need someone with similar skill set and experience to take over.
