We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as Office Staff. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain and organize office files and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support the team with data entry and record-keeping
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Handle basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of office management procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
