Offshore Technician (Oil & Gas) and Project Engineer (Offshore / Oil & Gas)

We are hiring for full-time, on-site positions in Mumbai for an Offshore Technician (Oil & Gas) and a Project Engineer (Offshore/Oil & Gas). The Offshore Technician will be tasked with conducting repair, maintenance, and operational duties on offshore equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role includes troubleshooting mechanical or electrical systems and supporting offshore projects. The Project Engineer will manage engineering aspects of offshore projects, including planning, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring technical compliance. Both roles require coordination with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and adherence to industry standards and safety measures.

• Technical knowledge: Proficiency in offshore equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for the Offshore Technician role. Familiarity with engineering applications and design processes for the Project Engineer role.
• Project Management skills: Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating offshore projects, including resource allocation and tracking timelines and budgets.
• Engineering skills: Knowledge of engineering standards, safety practices, and compliance requirements specific to the Oil & Gas industry.
• Communication and teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities: Capable of diagnosing and addressing technical and operational issues under time-sensitive conditions.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Technology, or related fields; relevant certifications in offshore safety or industry practices; prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
