Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of Ansys, Staad Pro, SACS or anyone.
- Handle complex assignments without supervision
- Experience in working where multiple disciplines are working together.
- Manhour estimation and project scheduling.
- Training and guidance to team members.
- Minimum knowledge of Autocad for preparation of analysis model.
- Good communication in English
Matching Indicator:
- Leading a team of 10-15 structural engineers.
- A Master / Bachelor of Engineering in Civil/ Structural Engineering from recognized university/ college.
- 6-8 years of experience in offshore structure (Offshore Rigs/ platforms).
- Knowledge of Ansys, Staad Pro, SACS or anyone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 10-15 structural engineers.
- Working independently without supervision.
- Meeting with customer and delivery head.
- Coordinating with other disciplines lead whenever required.
