Offshore Accountant ( Indian Accounting , Articleship )

We have an urgent opening for:IndianAccounting

**Mandatory to have Articleship experience

Experience: 3 years - 8 years

Job location:Powai Mumbai(WFO) for all the 5 days

Shift Timing:General Shift

Educational Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com

Mandatory:Accounting, Taxation, AP / AR , Journal entries, Book keeping

Notice Period:Immediate joiner to 15days

Responsibilities & Duties

To understand the data received from different sources and maintain the data in proper folders

To book entries in theaccountingsystem on regular basis including but not limited to sales entries, journal entries, bank payment/receipt entries etc.

To process sales invoices (Indian, Malaysia, Spain, Japan) and send invoices to customers

Assist with tax returns and payments of SST/VAT and Income tax of other countries (Malaysia, Korea)

Interaction with different people responsible whenever required

Should possess knowledge of taxation laws (at least some knowledge on taxation laws of any country)

Ability to understand and analyze the data received to ensure proper booking of entries

To operate bankaccountsand process payments as and when required

To upload reports on group portal on monthly basis

To ensure recovery from customers and assist in recovery

Skills / Attributes required

Strong understanding ofAccountingsystems and processes.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Proactive, highly motivated and flexible.

Highly organized and attention to detail.

Time and schedule sensitive.

Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience working withoffshoreteams would be an added advantage.

Qualifications/Experiences required

With a bachelor's degree inaccountancy.

3+ years experience inAccountingor Bookkeeping (preferred).
