Offshore Accountant

Position: Offshore Accountant

Location: Mumbai Powai

Experience: 5+ years

Shift: General

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize data received from multiple sources
• Record regular accounting entries (sales, journals, bank payments/receipts, etc.)
• Prepare and process sales invoices for international regions (US, UK)
• Assist with SST/VAT and income tax returns for countries like Malaysia & Korea
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders as required
• Analyze and validate financial data for accurate booking of entries
• Operate bank accounts and process payments when needed
• Upload monthly reports on the group portal
• Support customer recovery and follow-up processes

Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of accounting systems and processes
• Excellent verbal & written English communication
• Prior experience with offshore accounting and Bookkeeping
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible
• Time-sensitive and reliable
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Prior experience with offshore teams is an added advantage
• International taxation experience is a must
