Position Name: Offline Marketing Executive

Location: Pune

Job Summary:

ImagicaaWorld Entertainment Limited islooking for a dynamic and result-oriented Offline Marketing Executive to support and execute ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing initiatives for brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign execution, media coordination, on-ground activations, vendor management, branding activities, and marketing promotions. The role requires strong coordination skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple marketing activities across platforms and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.ATL Marketing:

  • Plan and execute ATL campaigns including print, radio, outdoor, cinema, and digital branding activities.
  • Coordinate with media agencies and vendors for campaign execution and monitoring.
  • Assist in developing marketing calendars and promotional strategies.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all ATL communication channels.

2.BTL Marketing:

  • Execute BTL activities including mall activations, society activations, corporate tie-ups, events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate on-ground branding and activation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships for fabrication, branding material, and event setup.
  • Support partnerships, local promotions, and lead generation activities.
  • Monitor execution quality and ensure timely completion of activities.

3.Branding & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with creative, digital, operations, and sales teams for smooth campaign execution.
  • Assist in development of marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and branding assets.
  • Maintain records of marketing spends, vendor invoices, and campaign documentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new promotional opportunities.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, festivals, launches, and special events.

4.Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports related to campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, footfall trends, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Track budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in ATL & BTL marketing activities.
  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, tourism, media, or consumer-focused industries preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
