Offline Marketing

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for Direct/Offline/BTL Marketing Executive who loves to execute on-ground activations, BTL, Mall Marketing and Outdoor campaigns. Someone who is go-getter, problem solver and a good communicator to interact with store teams and vendors. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India's great brands.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Marketing:

• Work closely with store teams to execute visual merchandize and troubleshoot store level issues

• Co-ordinate with vendors for timely and high-quality execution

• Think for innovative on-ground activations and campaign ideas

• Support all brand campaigns with any printing material requirement

• Work closely with design team to give the right brief and communicate requirements clearly

2. Reporting/Analysis:

• Analysing sales and product data (day-part, week-part) to recommend marketing strategies

• Gauging effectives of all BTL and on-ground activities

3. Brand:

• Ensure all brand touch-points are cohesive and in-line with brand strategy

• Be the owner of brand guidelines for all consumer facing material that is executed

• Write and proofread creative copy

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3-6 months of work experience in Direct/BTL/Offline Marketing (or) Involved themselves in Direct/BTL marketing related projects/Events during academics.

• Well-versed with excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Math and statistics knowledge

• Well versed in Excel Macros, SQL or Python

SALARY:

Will depend on experience. Upto 4.5LPA.
