Job Title : Offline Event Executive

Location : Gurugram | Full-Time | 6 Days Working 

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Offline Event Executive to support and manage on-ground brand activities and events. The role involves direct customer interaction, event coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of offline campaigns to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in planning and executing offline events, activations, and exhibitions like popups, marathon and food events.

·      Represent the brand at events and interact confidently with customers.

·      Engage with walk-in customers, explain products/services, and drive interest.

·      Ensure smooth on-ground operations during events.

·      Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for event setup and execution.

·      Manage event materials, stall setup, and branding elements.

·      Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

·      Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all events.

Requirements:

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Confident, presentable, and comfortable with customer interaction.

·      Energetic and proactive attitude.

·      Ability to handle on-ground challenges and multitask.

·      Willingness to travel and work on weekends/events when required.

Preferred:

·      Prior experience in events, promotions, or customer-facing roles.

·      Interest in marketing, branding, or field operations.
