Job Title : Offline Event Marketing Lead

About the Role
We are looking for an Offline Event Marketing Lead to drive Anveshan's on-ground marketing efforts through exhibitions, retail activations, society events, corporate events, and experiential campaigns. The role requires a hands-on professional who can execute impactful events that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, exhibitions, activations, and brand events.
- Manage end-to-end event operations including logistics, stall setup, branding, inventory, and manpower.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Drive product sampling, demonstrations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Lead and train event teams, promoters, and brand representatives.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, event organizers, and venue partners.
- Track event performance, sales, leads, footfall, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Customer Experience teams to deliver successful activations.
- Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Event Marketing, Brand Activations, BTL Marketing, Experiential Marketing, or Field Marketing.
- Experience managing exhibitions, retail activations, and consumer-facing events.
- Strong project management, vendor management, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends when required.
