Description:
Branding & Equity
- Execute promotional activities in the territory to enhance brand equity
- Create awareness of value-added services (Mobile Lab, Info Centre, Toll-free) among dealers, retailers, and customers
Business Delivery
- Achieve depot sales targets (including UBS allied products) at agreed prices
- Ensure timely payment collection and control receivables
Business Development
- Identify new opportunities, especially with institutional customers
- Increase business share and build strong customer relationships
Channel Management
- Monitor dealer/customer creditworthiness and flag risks
- Follow call cycle plan, collect orders & payments, and update SFA in real time
Customer Service & Responsiveness
- Provide effective customer service and ensure timely resolution of queries/issues
