1.Duties & Responsibilities:
a. Induction: Orient new recruits appointed in Head Office in co-ordination with manager. Co-ordinate process orientation for applicable positions.
b.Responsibilities related to Internal Trainings:
Non-Statutory Trainings:
o Assist in identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with HODs and concerned departments
o Work in team to chalk out programmes that are relevant to various departments as per the training need analysis and other need assessment mechanisms.
o Assist the team to develop training materials for in-house courses
o Deliver trainings along with the team to equip employees with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
Monitoring & Evaluation :
o Visit Indian Designs Units on regular basis and ensure that the training related documents are maintained (Attendance sheets, Material, Feedback, Photos, Training Calendar, Need analysis, etc)
o Do surprise checks to ensure that the Induction trainings and project specific trainings are conducted without any compromise on quality.
o Along with the team, evaluate training and development programmes.
Responsibilities related to CSR:
o ID Care Trust Scholarship work: Should be able to handle independently
o Work along with the team to achieve CSR mandate as per law
Others :
o Any other work assigned by HOD on need basis
o Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant material, going to meetings and attending relevant courses/workshops, etc
o Maintain cordial relationship within the department and also within the organization.
o Decision on any financial aspects related to Training should be made in consultation with HOD.
o Coordinating with other HR and CSR activities whenever required related to training.
o Coordinating with Personnel & Admin Department on need basis related to training.
o Active participation in recreational activities.
