Reports To: Manager – Stores and Excise

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 2-3 years in pharmaceutical / API / manufacturing industry

Purpose of the Role

To ensure reliable operation and compliance of all warehouse activities in the plant, supporting uninterrupted production and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in receipt, issuance of material while ensuring compliance with GMP, GWP and regulatory guidelines.

Responsible for generation of goods receipt note (GRN) in the ERP.

Responsible for timely dispensing and issuance/delivery of raw material, finished product.

Responsible for reconciliation of raw material, packaging material (Physical quantity verification against record).

Responsible for following good warehouse practices.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., PESO, MSDS handling, hazardous material storage).

Support audits (internal, external, and regulatory).

Good communication skills.

  • Coordinating with Production, QC, QA, Maintenance department.
  • Experience in working ERP/SAP system is preferable.
  • Ready to work in shifts.
  • To prepare, check GMP documents.
  • To follow operational guidelines such as GMP, GDP, GWP.
