Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

Ensure store activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, and safety requirements.

Perform dispensing of raw materials and packing materials as per authorized BMR/BPR and production requirements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution of scheduled activities (including material release, BMR/BPR availability, line clearance, etc.) within the defined timelines.

Ensure proper recording of daily logs for area, equipment, environmental conditions, and cleaning/sanitization activities.

Maintain stock status with respect to receipt, storage, and issuance in accordance with system requirements.

Maintain the online status of area, equipment, and instruments at all times.

Ensure safe operation of all equipment and instruments during work.

Ensure data integrity in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Ensure all records are properly completed, verified, and signed, with entries maintained both in electronic systems and paper logs.

Ensure the area is audit-ready at all times.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

Bpharma, DPharma, M.sc,

Must be able to work in shifts as needed

Skills Required

Should have working knowledge and exposure of warehouse activities

Total experience should have experience in Raw/ Packing atleast for 2 years in pharma.

Knowledge of safe acts and behaviours and compliance to safety

Exposure of regulatory audits -USFDA, MHRA, TGA, etc

Use of SAP / WMS systems

Command on operations & manpower in store department.
