Purpose

We are seeking an experienced B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MSc professional with 5 years of experience in Oral Liquids/ Injectable/ Nasal Formulation Manufacturing to manage and execute production operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manufacturing activities, ensuring product quality, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

Handle oral liquid manufacturing operations such as syrups, suspensions, and solutions.

Operate and supervise equipment like syrup manufacturing vessels, homogenizers, filtration systems, and transfer pumps.

Ensure adherence to **Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and **Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines.

Monitor batch manufacturing records (BMR).

Execute line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation during production.

Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams for sampling and release.

Perform equipment cleaning and sanitization procedures.

Ensure production targets, safety standards, and quality parameters are met.

Investigate deviations, change controls, and CAPA related to manufacturing.

Train operators and junior staff on SOPs and production processes.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MSc

Total experience of 5 years in Oral Liquids/ Injectable/ Nasal Formulation.

Strong knowledge of oral liquid formulation and manufacturing process.

Experience with pharma documentation and regulatory audits.

Familiarity with SOP preparation, deviation handling, and change control.

Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.

Good team coordination skills.
