- Source Candidates through Naukri Portal, Campus, Social Media Hiring, References etc.
- Managing internal hiring and ensuring on-time fulfillment of the open positions.
- Provide administrative support to all functions within the department.
- Help in providing standard employment letters and other transactional activities.
- Handle employee and payroll information and ensure confidentiality and security of information.
- Organize, maintain and update Employee Files and share it with HO team on regular basis.
- HR SPOC to address & resolve HR Related issues.
- Attendance and Leave, salary, KRAs, MIS Data, day to day issues and grievances.
- Visit locations and keep connecting with employees.
- Find out the improvement area, arrange training related to the same.
- Conduct employee engagement activities as per plan and need.
- Conduct employee induction under their purview Branches other locations as and when required.
- Co-ordination for training.
- Ensure that all relevant communications will reach to the employees and they understand.
- Awareness on new HR initiatives.
- SPOC for branches/location under his purview.
- Conduct exit interview for resigned and abscond employee.
