Job Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven marketing professional to lead and execute both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. The role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth through integrated marketing strategies.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant channels
    • Manage SEO/SEM, social media and performance campaigns
    • Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies including print, outdoor (hoardings), events, expo's and retail promotions
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution and creative development
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and analytics
    • Drive lead generation and conversion strategies aligned with business goals
    • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
    • Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all channels.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, CRM tools)
    • Experience in offline marketing (events, expo's, hoardings, print media)
    • Analytical mind-set with ability to interpret data and generate insights
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
    • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Digital Marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

  • Lead generation (quantity & quality)
  • Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Website traffic and conversion rates
  • Campaign ROI and revenue contribution
  • Store walk-ins / footfall (for offline campaigns)
  • Brand awareness and engagement metrics
