Job Description

Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Education, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong Excel skills (data tracking, formulas, pivots, dashboards).
  • Working knowledge of finance concepts such as budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor payments.
  • Experience with vendor empanelment and coordination.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to program management methodologies is an added advantage.
