Job Title: Officer HR (Operations)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee bank account openings and resolve employee banking issues
- Manage daily attendance, including face punch system updates.
- Ensure timely correction of missing punches or attendance discrepancies.
- Coordinate with factory HR and the HR Payroll team for attendance accuracy.
- Support onboarding and basic HR operational tasks.
- Address employee queries related to banking and HR operations.
Skills Required
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Strong coordination and followup skills
- Basic HR operations knowledge
- MS Office proficiency
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience: 12 years (Freshers can also apply)
