Job Title: Officer HR (Operations)

Location: GIA Apparels, Jordan

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee bank account openings and resolve employee banking issues
  • Manage daily attendance, including face punch system updates.
  • Ensure timely correction of missing punches or attendance discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with factory HR and the HR Payroll team for attendance accuracy.
  • Support onboarding and basic HR operational tasks.
  • Address employee queries related to banking and HR operations.

Skills Required

  • Good communication in Hindi & English
  • Strong coordination and followup skills
  • Basic HR operations knowledge
  • MS Office proficiency

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience: 12 years (Freshers can also apply)

Languages: Hindi & English
