Job Description

Responsible for operation and cleaning of PFS/Vial filling, stoppering, and sealing machine.
Responsible for operation and cleaning of Lyophilizer machine.
Responsible for involvement in aseptic media fills formulation and filling activities in aseptic areas.
Responsible for operation and cleaning of HPHV steam sterilizer.
Responsible for cleaning, preparation of machine parts and loads as per load pattern.
Preparation and filtration of disinfectants, IPA, etc.
Responsible for area and equipment cleaning in FP facility.
Handling of APA equipment and involvement in personnel gowning qualification.
Online execution of batch documents and related logbooks.
Handling of various types of filters and performing filter integrity tests.
Execution of preventive maintenance plan for equipment in coordination with engineering.
Maintaining day-to-day activities in manufacturing areas.
Performing DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ for equipment in aseptic processing and associated areas.
