Details
To Carry out the production process as per production BMR.
Online documentation of BMRs, ECRs, BPRs, logbooks and daily record filling.
Verification of Raw material/ packing material/ cleaning material issued by warehouse.
To ensure proper segregation of material, labeling and identification and area cleaning.
Manufacturing of KSM / Intermediate /API as per BMR and BPR.
To carry out process validation/ cleaning validation as per protocol.
Monitoring all processes as per GMP/cGMP compliance and reporting of deviation if any.
Manpower management for shift handling and also provide training to them.
To ensure the proper housekeeping and sanitization in the manufacturing block.
Issuance of the document as BMR/BPR/ECR/logbooks/daily documents from QA/QS.
To monitor that the Unit 6B environment is maintained properly, and work are carried out as per required safety precaution.
Coordinating with Engineering dept for Preventive maintenance and maintenance related work and its rectification.
Coordinating with QC and QA department to test the material and release the same in timely manner.
Coordination with ETP/ZDS department for treatment of effluent generated during process.
To monitor continuous process improvement, cost reduction and further improvements in process with coordination with R&D.
Production planning from macro to micro plan to meet PPIC department and marketing orders requirement in coordination with functional head, and also monitoring the dispatch schedule and targets, on continual basis.
Monitoring of day-to-day production activities w.r.t. yield, quality, safety, delay, deviation, and meeting the production targets.
Manpower management and leave approval of staff, AOCP's and contract workers.
Management of process waste/scrap.
Preparation of BMR/BPR/ECR/SOP/Equipment master list and another document.
To perform and achieve department QHSE and Quality food safety policy (QFS) objective.
To plan and organize the training programs of On-job training and to assess the training needs of the down the line to full fill the cGMP and regulatory requirements and monitoring on continual basis.
SAP related work.
To initiate and prepare the QMS documents such as change control, Deviation, protocol etc.
To perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Unit head based on training
