Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist clients with account-related transactions, such as account openings, closures, and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, offering appropriate financial solutions and products to enhance their banking experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring the confidentiality and security of customer information.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications to perform job duties effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
