Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring clear communication on payments, agreements, and reconciliations.
- Track, manage, and reconcile revenue, invoices, trade files, and outstanding payments.
- Facilitate vendor setup, payment approvals, and uphold compliance requirements.
- Allocate revenue across regions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Reconcile trade files, resolve discrepancies, and secure approvals.
- Manage payments to vendors, brokers, and aggregators while adhering to policies.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify and recover missing revenue.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with internal teams to address issues.
- Support client/vendor onboarding and document management processes.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and controls.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach to tasks.
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Analytical mindset and investigative skills to identify, analyse, and resolve discrepancies.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including advanced functions.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities to manage competing deadlines and workflows efficiently.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
