Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Officer - Business Development located in Kochi. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, creating revenue channels and supporting channel sales. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying key opportunities for business growth, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with company objectives. This role plays a pivotal part in achieving the organization's sales targets and expanding its market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales for seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and familiarity with CRM tools would be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an adaptive mindset in a competitive business environment.
  • Preference to those who are from Ernakulam District.
