Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery at the branch, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Manage and lead a team of frontline staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer needs and concerns
- Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure the branch maintains a professional and welcoming environment
- Represent the bank in community events and foster strong relationships with local stakeholders
Requirements
