Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Junior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will assist in evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy programs that help patients develop, regain, or maintain daily living and work skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing patients physical, emotional, and social needs using standard OT assessment tools.Collaborate with senior therapists to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic activities and interventions that promote independence in daily living skills.Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed under supervision.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve function and prevent injury.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.Adhere to professional codes of ethics and health and safety regulations.
