Job Summary

You will service customers through multiple channels by managing client accounts, performing due diligence, and supporting office operations to ensure efficient client service and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Process client account updates and changes accurately to maintain current records
  • Perform due diligence checks and process account openings for retail clients, including reactivating dormant accounts
  • Conduct AML/KYC screening on individual clients to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Enter client data into the in-house system for new and existing accounts with precision
  • Scan and archive forms and correspondence for client accounts to maintain organized records
  • Collect and distribute letters and correspondence between departments, including mail handling
  • Greet visitors and clients at the Front Office and assist them in navigating the office environment
  • Maintain appointment calendars, collate statistics, and manage visitor registers efficiently
  • Arrange and receive couriers, liaising with recipients to ensure timely distribution
  • Take on responsibilities for adhoc projects and remediation tasks as assigned
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience working in the stock-broking industry is an advantage
  • Minimum GCE O Levels qualification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a pleasant and professional demeanor
