Role Description

This full-time role of Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in Card Operations is based on-site in Gurugram. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end card operations, including transaction processing, customer query resolution, reconciliation, and operational risk management. Other responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, process improvement, vendor coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient card services.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of card operations, transaction processing, and reconciliation
• Experience in handling customer queries, issue resolution, and maintaining high service standards
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in financial operations
• Proficiency in process optimization, working with vendors, and implementing operational improvements
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with core banking systems and payment technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
