Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application and technical support for diagnostic devices in the assigned territory.
- Perform device installation, user training, and customer onboarding.
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshooting, breakdown calls, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain key documentation such as installation reports, daily activity reports, and customer feedback.
- Manage Salesforce ticketing, dashboard monitoring, and service-related updates.
- Promote products to existing and prospective customers.
- Support NABL-related activities and other tasks assigned by reporting managers.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related Life Science field.
- 13 years of experience as an Application Specialist / Technical Support in Diagnostics or Medical Devices (freshers with strong technical skills may also be considered).
- Hands-on experience with device installation, user training, and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics or laboratory workflows.
