Job Description

Guest Reception & Hospitality Services

• Greet visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism

• Ensure personalized and welcoming guest experience at all touchpoints

• Offer refreshments and assistance proactively based on guest needs

• Escort guests to meeting areas and ensure smooth arrival experience

• Manage guest departure experience with positive engagement

Front Desk Operations

• Handle visitor check-ins, sign-in/out processes, and badge issuance

• Manage incoming calls with professional telephone etiquette

• Screen and route calls appropriately to internal stakeholders

• Maintain visitor logs, records, and reception documentation

• Coordinate meeting room bookings and guest access requirements

Communication & Coordination

• Act as communication hub between guests, employees, and internal teams

• Notify hosts of guest arrivals promptly

• Manage reception email and handle inquiries efficiently

• Coordinate with security, facilities, and workplace teams

• Provide building information and assistance to visitors

Reception Area Management

• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area

• Ensure seating areas, décor, and refreshment stations are well maintained

• Monitor and replenish reception supplies and materials

• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain professional presentation of front desk environment
