• Coordinate with security, facilities, and workplace teams
• Provide building information and assistance to visitors
Reception Area Management
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area
• Ensure seating areas, décor, and refreshment stations are well maintained
• Monitor and replenish reception supplies and materials
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain professional presentation of front desk environment
