Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Branch Operations & Sales Coordinator to manage daily office operations, drive sales performance, and ensure seamless coordination between sales, administration, and management teams at Globe Communication Thane City. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills to support both business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and staff discipline.
  • Ensure availability of office supplies, stationery, and digital tools.
  • Supervise front office and support staff; coordinate with the Jaipur head office for updates.

Sales Coordination

  • Assist management in achieving branch sales targets.
  • Allocate daily/weekly targets to sales executives and monitor performance.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, follow-up sheets, and lead pipelines.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and lead generation.
  • Support field sales executives with proposals, quotations, and client coordination.

Team Communication & Reporting

  • Act as a bridge between management and team members.
  • Conduct daily morning briefings and end-of-day updates.
  • Report sales performance, operational challenges, and improvement suggestions to the Director.

Administration & HR Support

  • Manage new staff onboarding, attendance, and HR formalities.
  • Handle vendor payments, courier services, and petty cash management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or MBA with 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Office Administration, or Branch Operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Leadership ability to manage a small team independently.
  • Result-oriented, organized, and proactive professional.
