About the Role :

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Engineer to lead the coordination and execution of our civil engineering projects. This role is central to ensuring smooth delivery across design development, site execution, and client coordination. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project activities with clarity, precision, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Handle complete civil engineering projects independently from design to execution

2) Lead site coordination and client coordination activities

3) Ensure smooth integration between design intent and on-site execution

4) Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking

5) Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams

6) Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with quality control

7) Review drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and execution readiness

8) Maintain clear communication flow across all stakeholders

9) Support decision-making through technical evaluation and analysis

Required Experience & Skills :

- Minimum 7+ years of in-office experience in civil engineering design

- Ability to handle complete projects independently

- Experience in site coordination and client coordination

- Only in-office work experience will be considered

- Candidates with only site experience are not eligible

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and MS Office

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering

- Experience in project planning and management

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation :

Aligned with experience and capability (benchmark: ₹5L – ₹8L per annum)
