Office Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries on medications, prescriptions, and healthcare products.
• Verify and process prescriptions accurately.
• Guide customers on generic medicine usage and benefits.
• Assist with digital prescription generation and capture medical history.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance via CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Pharma knowledge with awareness of generic medicines.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
