Job Description

  • Managed office facilities, supplies, mail services, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth daily operations and a safe, well-maintained workplace.

  • Coordinated employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative compliance requirements.

  • Provided comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, data management, filing, correspondence handling, and meeting coordination.

  • Served as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing reception duties, visitor registration, and professional front-desk operations.

  • Oversaw outsourced service providers and implemented quality control measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, operational efficiency, and service delivery.

Requirement:

  • Possess strong administrative and facilities management capabilities with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Zoom, and Teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to effectively support stakeholders across all levels.
