About The Weaver
The Weaver is a bespoke handmade rugs and carpets company catering to luxury residences, hospitality, corporate, and design-led spaces across India and international markets.
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations, administration, coordination, and business execution.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces while ensuring things move smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day office affairs and administration
• Coordinate freight, logistics, and export quotations
• Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Support coordination across Sales, Production, Accounts, and Management teams
• Track documentation, operational requirements, and pending matters
• Coordinate office upkeep, maintenance, and miscellaneous office requirements
• Maintain trackers, Google Sheets, and operational visibility
• Support leadership with day-to-day execution, follow-ups, and coordination
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of experience in administration, operations, coordination, or office management
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Background
Candidates with prior experience in SMEs, interiors, manufacturing, exports, logistics, hospitality, or coordination-heavy environments will be preferred.
