We are a growing U.S.-based business services organization supporting clients throughout the United States. Our Chandigarh office plays a critical role in sales development, client acquisition, employee training, and operational support. We are seeking a strong leader to oversee office operations and drive the success of our sales team.
Position OverviewThe Office Manager & Sales Trainer/Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, managing daily office operations, developing employee training programs, and driving overall team performance. This position works closely with executive leadership in the United States and requires availability during U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities· Lead and manage a sales team responsible for selling company services to U.S.-based businesses
· Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members
· Develop sales training materials, coaching programs, and performance improvement plans
· Monitor KPIs, call quality, productivity, attendance, and overall team performance
· Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings
· Manage daily office operations and maintain a productive work environment
· Coordinate communication between India operations and U.S.-based leadership
· Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
· Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and sales effectiveness
· Handle escalated client or employee concerns professionally and effectively
Required Qualifications· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management, office management, team leadership, or business operations
· Proven experience training, coaching, and developing sales professionals
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to motivate teams and hold employees accountable to performance goals
· Experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours
Preferred Qualifications· Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
· Experience managing inside sales or business development teams
· Background in logistics, transportation, trucking, business services, financial services, or B2B sales
· Experience building training programs and standard operating procedures
· Prior experience leading teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
