Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling enquiries and use clinical aspects for their conversion to patients.
Conducting various promotional activities and executing schemes.
Seeking new ideas and approaches for providing better care to patients.
Should play active role in Brand building activities of the centre.
Should play active role in Marketing and promotional activities of the centre.
Should possess excellent English communication skills and good convincing power.
Should have basic computer knowledge.
Should possess good interpersonal skills.
Should be hardworking and dedicated , disciplined and focused
Collecting Registration Form from patients.
Giving information to Patients on the treatment availability and slot booking.
Forwarding Details and Appointment to the staff.
Maintain Daily Attendances Reports.
Arrange Content and Information for Bulk Sms Shootout.
Handling query calls from patients and solving their Queries
Mailing certain mail to patients and Senior manager like - Invoice, Payment detail, appointment detail and daily reports to the Senior Manager.
Managing housekeeping services and general upkeep for Physioline.
