Role Overview:
We are looking for proactive and organized Office Interns to assist our Online Sales Team with daily operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, fashion retail, and online customer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the online sales team with order processing and fulfillment
- Help coordinate packing, dispatch, and order tracking
- Maintain and update order records and customer details
- Support the team in handling basic customer queries
- Help manage WhatsApp, Instagram, and website order flow
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of social media and online sales platforms
- Comfortable using Google Sheets / basic computer tools
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Interest in fashion, e-commerce, or retail is a plus
