We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Executive to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer support while managing key office operations such as data entry, record maintenance, and order coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from customers and sellers through multiple channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers and sellers with product information, orders, payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, listings, pricing, promotions, and platform-related queries.
  • Respond to customer queries across multiple channels, delivering prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Manage data entry, record-keeping, and general office support tasks.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support.
  • Provide general office support including filing, document organization, photocopying, and tracking office supplies/inventory.
  • Oversee order processing, packaging, and shipping activities as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
