Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Office Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle office documentation, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing emails, and coordinating office activities.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Support the team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure proper filing and document organization.

Skills Required

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive and a can-do attitude.
