Featured on Shark Tank India, we are building a brand that breaks taboos and brings comfort to women across the country with our innovative solution Matri A Menstrual Pain Reliever Device. She will be a passionate and dynamic person who will join our core team and help us scale nationwide.
Her Role & Responsibilities
Customer Support & Engagement
- Monitor and followup the Customer Support team
- Build strong relationships with existing customers
- Create strategies for customer engagement (e.g., a community of women celebrating painless periods)
- Provide training for effective communication
Daily Operations Handle
- Support departments in managing documentation
- Organize team activities to maintain a positive office culture
- Assist in building and uniting a strong team
- Team Leading Capability
Sales & Networking
- Outreach with potential distributors or Resellers
- Design and execute B2B sales plans
- Network with Doctors for awareness and brand presence
Requirements / Qualification
- Experienced candidates are preferable in related field
- Graduate in any field ( strong communication, organizational, and people-management skills Preferable
- Fluency in English & Hindi
- Approachable, cheerful personality with strong communication skills
- Team handling ability and good presence of mind
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in workflow management and process improvements
