About Ekosight Technologies

Ekosight Technologies is a DPIIT-recognized agritech startup building innovative soil intelligence solutions through its Soil Doctor platform. We work closely with farmers, FPOs, NGOs, CSR partners, and agribusinesses to improve soil health, crop productivity, and sustainable agriculture across India.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Associate to support our day-to-day office operations at our Pusa Krishi office in New Delhi.

Role Overview

The Office Associate will be responsible for managing administrative activities, coordinating office operations, handling communication with customers and partners, maintaining records, supporting accounting activities, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes, interacting with people, and supporting a fast-growing startup environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Management
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Maintain office records, files, documents, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requirements.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional.
Customer & Partner Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with farmers, FPOs, distributors, and business partners.
  • Support lead tracking and follow-up activities.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and meetings.
Accounting & Documentation Support
  • Maintain records of expenses, invoices, and payments.
  • Support bookkeeping and data entry activities.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and project documentation.
Coordination & Operations Support
  • Coordinate with field teams, sales teams, and management.
  • Support project implementation activities and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports.
  • Assist founders and team members with operational tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Agriculture, Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, operations, customer support, or accounting assistance.
  • Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply.
Required Skills
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Basic accounting and documentation knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an agritech, agriculture, NGO, or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and office management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, GST documentation, and bookkeeping.
