Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office activities and support the team
  • Manage calls, emails, and basic office communication
  • Maintain files, documents, and office records
  • Coordinate with staff and visitors when needed
  • Help in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Keep office supplies organized and updated
  • Support admin work and other basic office tasks

Skills Required

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and responsible nature
  • Ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Qualification

  • Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Basic office/admin experience is a plus

Extra Details

  • Salary: 16000
  • Working Hours: 9.30 AM - 6PM
  • Weekly Off: FRIDAY
