Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations. These tasks include managing communications, handling phone calls, maintaining office supplies, and operating office equipment efficiently. The Office Assistant will also be required to assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, as well as maintaining accurate records and files.

Qualifications
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and clerical skills
  • Experience with operating and troubleshooting office equipment
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related training is a plus
