We are seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform various administrative tasks to support our daily operations. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory management.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients.
  • Handle correspondence and communication, both written and verbal.
  • Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
