Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory management.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Handle correspondence and communication, both written and verbal.
- Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
