Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to for a eco-solar company to support day-to-day administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying and Scanning
- Maintain office records, files, and data accurately
- Assist with data entry and updating internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
- Support accounts/admin team with basic clerical work
- Manage office supplies and place orders when required
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and documents
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office workspace
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate / undergraduate
- 02 years of experience in office administration (freshers can apply)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
