Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant who will support day-to-day administrative operations. The role involves drafting official letters to government institutions, data entry, and assisting the HR team with HRMS-related tasks and employee data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Government Correspondence

  • Draft, format, and maintain official letters, applications, and replies to government institutions (PF, ESIC, Labour Dept., etc.).
  • Maintain records of government correspondence and acknowledgements.
  • Coordinate with departments for required documents and follow-ups.

Data Entry & Office Support

  • Accurate data entry in Excel, Word, and internal systems.
  • Maintain office files, registers, and digital records.
  • Assist in preparing reports, statements, and MIS as required.
  • Handle basic office coordination and clerical tasks.

HR & HRMS Support

  • Enter, update, and maintain employee data in HRMS.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, leave, and other data.
  • Support HR in documentation related to compliance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in HR records.
