Role Description

We are seeking a Reservations Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Bardez. The candidate will handle project managente, manage customer interactions, sourcing and purchases, and address customer inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proficiency in management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience with Sales project management strategies to promote services and secure bookings
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using software and CRM systems is a plus
• Relevant professional experience in real estate, hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Candidates must be based out of Goa
