JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Office Assistant
Department : Administration and Procurement

Reporting : Assistant Manager Administration and Procurement
Core Responsibilities:
Bill Desk:
- Assisting in bill desk operations
- Scanning and uploading the invoices in the portal
- Coordinating for timely approvals with the concerned approvers.
- Handling over the hand copies of the approved invoices with the finance team for payment processing.
Courier Desk:
- Coordinating with the vendors for the timely dispatch of the office courier
- Tracking the shipment for timely delivery with the consignee.
- Assisting allied staff (office boys) in maintaining courier records.
General Administration:
- Assisting in the House Keeping operations
- Ensuring daily checks for office upkeep
- Checking on the House Keeping and Stationary Materials and placing timely order with the vendor
- Assisting during indoor and outdoor office events.
Key Performance Indicators:
Qualification and Skill Sets:
- Any Graduate.
- Good administrative skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good with MS Office.
