Job Description

Role Overview:

  • An Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the organization.

Communication:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors.

Data Management:

  • Perform data entry, record keeping, filing, and organizing paperwork and documents.

Scheduling:

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Financial Tasks:

  • Perform basic bookkeeping and assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Office Maintenance:

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Additional Tasks:

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
